These terms apply to the Greenward app and website, provided by The Dreaming Company. By using Greenward you agree to them. If you downloaded Greenward from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Subscriptions
- Greenward offers a free plan and an optional paid subscription (Greenward Pro) with monthly, 3-month and annual options. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. We remind you before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
AI guidance is not a guarantee
Greenward uses AI to identify plants, suggest likely causes of problems and recommend care. Results can be wrong or incomplete. Use your judgment, and consult a professional for valuable plants or crops. Greenward is not veterinary or medical advice: if a pet or person may have eaten a toxic plant, contact your vet, the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435, or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Fair use
Paid plans include generous AI usage subject to fair-use limits that protect the service for everyone. Don't misuse Greenward — for example, by attempting to access other people's data, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to break the law.
Your content
You own the photos and notes you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Greenward to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update Greenward and these terms. We'll notify you of material changes in the app. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
